Meet the Founder
Renu Saini is the Founder Director of Veritas Partners and Image By Renu. She is an internationally certified Soft Skills Trainer and Image Consultant. She has more than two decades of experience as an educationist. Post COVID, she has transitioned to a full-time corporate development professional to pursue her mission of empowering people for a better work environment in India. She is a certified and experienced POSH and POCSO trainer, working closely with organizations to build safe, friendly and compliant workplaces. In her journey, she has conducted corporate development programs for the Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Tata Power, Dr. Reddy’s Healthcare Foundation, ROCHEM India Ltd and the Indian Navy. She drives the transformation in individuals and organisations through awareness, knowledge, communication, and ethical leadership.

Sarah Saini is the Co-founder of Veritas Partners and Image By Renu. She is a Psychologist. She brings experience of clinical and community mental health environment into organisational well-being and development. Her professional approach integrates evidence-based practice with a human-centered perspective to support healthier and effective work environments.
Through her work, she designs and delivers programs focused on emotional well-being, resilience, and workplace mental health, enabling individuals and teams to build self-awareness, adaptive coping strategies, and constructive communication patterns. She contributes to the growth and transformation of people and organizations through psychological insight, reflective learning, and the promotion of safe, ethical, and supportive workplaces.
